Wine Services
Most sommelier services pour wines they bought from a distributor. I pour wines I brought here myself — from producers I've visited, vineyards I've walked, and winemakers I call friends. That changes what I can offer and what it costs.
Whether it's a Tuesday night virtual tasting with your team, a Saturday dinner party where the pairings need to be perfect, or a restaurant program that needs a fresh set of eyes — I'd love to help. Everything I do starts with the same thing: great wine, good conversation, and zero pretension.

Virtual Tastings
We'll connect over Google Teams for a guided 60-minute tasting built around wines you purchase locally. About a week before the session, you and I will talk through what to buy and where to find it — three bottles that tell a story together. I'll walk your group through each wine, its origins, the producer behind it, and what to pair it with. We'll wrap up with a short Q&A so no question goes unanswered.
What's included
Additional time billed in 15-minute intervals at $100/hour.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with more than 48 hours' notice. 50% refund with less than 48 hours' notice. Under 24 hours, no refund — rescheduling only. One rescheduling per booking, subject to availability.

In-Home Private Tastings
I come to you with four wines, tasting mats, and everything we need for a guided 90-minute experience. As we work through each bottle, I'll share the story of the producer, the region, and what makes the wine worth your attention. As part of the selection process, I'll also give guidance on light food pairings for the host to prepare — nothing elaborate, just bites that make the wines sing.

Dinner Party Sommelier
This is the full experience. I'll coordinate directly with you — or your chef — on every detail: the menu, the wine pairings, a theme if you'd like one, even cigars or other special touches. I source the wines, arrive to present and pour through the evening, and make sure every course lands exactly the way it should. Up to eight guests for the flat rate, with the option to scale up from there.

Cancellation Policy
These events require significant coordination, and in many cases involve ordering allocated or specialty wines. Refunds are available only if cancellation is requested at least one week before the event date. Wesley will work within reason to reschedule if a cancellation is unavoidable, but no guarantees can be made on rescheduled dates.

Restaurant Wine Program
Any restaurant in the state of Mississippi can work with me to build or refine a wine program sourced from the BurgWine LTD portfolio. I'll help you select wines that complement your kitchen, train your staff to speak about them with confidence, and make sure your list is as strong as your food. For restaurants looking for broader program coordination beyond our portfolio — covering your entire wine list — a retainer arrangement is available.

Cellar Consulting
Maybe you're starting from scratch, maybe you inherited a cellar and don't know what you've got, or maybe you just want someone who knows the market to help you buy smarter. In a two-hour session, I'll assess what you have, help you understand drinking windows and value, and build an acquisition plan based on what you actually enjoy. No blue-chip trophies for the sake of it — just wines you'll love opening.
